Use pliers to turn counter clockwise and remove the old vacuum breaker bonnet. 4. Take out the old vacuum breaker plunger assembly. 5. Set the new vacuum breaker plunger assembly in place, making sure that the rubber seal and center plastic pin are pointing upwards. 6. Assemble the new plastic vacuum breaker bonnet by turning it clockwise with pliers, ensuring it is tightened firmly. 7. Press the new cap squarely and firmly straight down over the new bonnet.
