The kit dimensions are 2.952.951.77 inches, and it weighs 4 ounces. It is made of engineered plastic and brass, and includes a bonnet repair kit, an O-ring with a diameter of 2.65mm, and an oil bag.

To install the kit, follow these steps: 1. Turn off the water supply, starting with the bottom ball valve, and ensure both ball valves on the 765-1 are closed. 2. Turn the sprinkler controller on manually. 3. Unscrew the top nut and remove the brass canopy. 4. Take out the old bonnet and poppet. If they are too tight, use a wrench. 5. Place the new poppet inside the chamber. 6. Put the O-ring around the bonnet and hand-tighten the bonnet into the PVB unit. 7. Replace the canopy and tighten the nut on top using a wrench. 8. Open the water supply side ball valve first, then the second ball valve.

Note: - Do not force the parts. They should fit together freely. Excess force may cause damage and render the assembly inoperable. - In most cases, hand-tightening is sufficient. If you cannot tighten the bonnet part, apply the included grease to the threading and use a large wrench on the two pits on the outer ring of the bonnet. - This kit is designed to break when ice forms inside the sprinkler system, protecting it from total crackdown. Drain and empty the water inside the system in advance during icy weather to avoid damage.
